As a consultant for Sharp Energy, I provided land planning services to facilitate the Delaware-based company's expansion into Pennsylvania. I sought suitable parcels of land for a propane storage and distribution facility and provided assistance through the municipal planning process. This project lasted three months.As an independent consultant, I conveyed my ideas for redesigning Saw Mill Run Boulevard to the municipality of Baldwin, and I designed a conversion of PA 65 from an elevated freeway into a bike-and-pedestrian-friendly, transit-friendly urban boulevard.
