I am currently investigating the impact of tissue specific alternative splicing on regulating protein-protein interaction networks. I am responsible for supervising students in the lab, publishing scientific papers, presenting my data at meetings and applying for funding through grants and fellowships.

As a summer lab assistant I gained experience in a wide range of techniques including in situ hybridisations, handling Drosophila and other molecular biology techniques.
