I worked as a summer intern at a manufacturing plant with Tri-City Mechanical. The project was to install a 580 volt switch gear and prepare the plant for installation of a electrical bus. While there I helped to install control boxes, ran wire, ran fiber optic line, and installed fuse boxes.

I started as a Special Accounts Representative. This entailed monitoring and ensuring delivery of our company's high value clients. My role were communicate clearly to the shippers the status of their deliveries and to make sure there needs were being met. I later transitioned to the escalations team or the Customer Care group. As a Customer Care Advocate, my main duties were problem resolution. This included responding to customer and employee emails, monitoring any open service requests and resolving escalated issues. In my position, I was often called upon to resolve difficult issues and situations as well as speaking with upset shippers and recipients. Another important aspect of my position was to provide coaching and development to both new and existing team members ensuring the proper processes were followed.
