Housemen work as general access caretakers for the hotel proper, keeping common areas tidy and amenities supplied. They also support the housekeepers in their efforts to keep rooms cleaned and ready for habitation. Due to the high visibility of the housemen while working, the position also serves as the "first responder" to customer care and concerns, answering questions and directing guests to what they need.

Receptionist:1. Manages customer relations via visitor's entrance to building, providing guests with a smooth and efficient means to gain access to an otherwise secure building.2. Facilitates the solving of any problems or technical issues that might arise in the course of a guest's visit (i.e. forgotten or missing IDs, missed appointments, computer issues) in addition to doing so in a pleasant and stress free manner.Security Escort1. Maintains a watchful eye on visitors working in sensitive or potentially hazardous areas (either in the case of a high security workzone or a building sponsored construction site)2.
