I am the leader of the new Culture Weeb initiative, a french website dedicated to the fans of japanese culture and videogames. Our goal is to become the geek reference in Quebec in regards to Japanese Animation, Mangas, Videogames and Japanese culture (food, folklore, music, travel, etc).The project is currently being in soft-launch, so it is a single-man action that consists of web design, marketing efforts, content writing and project planification.

My job as a QA Acting Lead consists of taking charge of a team of functionality testers, and managing them through the entire QA Process of any project given to me. I write complete test plans, communicate test results to producers and development teams, manage my employees and work with them to improve their skills.

My task as a methodology technician consisted of creating various types of documentation (test plans, etc.) to support the different testing departments (functionality, compliance, linguisitic and compatibility). My tasks also included research and development on tools that would be used by the entire company to enhance efficiency and teamwork efforts throughout the company.
