As a consultant in business growth and development, I dedicate my life to helping individuals reach their goals. By integrating business coaching with relationship and leadership strategies, I facilitate both personal and professional breakthroughs. I am currently a business development executive for Main Street America Insurance where I use my skillset from my previous career as a teacher to create organization, build relationships, and communicate at a high level. With my Masters in General Education, with a focus on Diversity, Equity and Inclusion I enjoy creating, teaching, and developing current and future leaders. My current role allows me to do all of these things as well as develop plans for business scaling. I have created and led groups that focused on leadership skill development, creating diverse and inclusive spaces, and open and honest communication. I have managed both small and large territories, and created individual business plans to achieve goals. I have communicated difficult messages while problem solving, which elevated our standings as a company.
