The plant consists of low pressure boiler which can run on HFO & MGO, purifiers running on HFO & MGO, air compressors & receivers, fuel tanks, pumps (inc all filters & strainers), hydraulics systems for bow, stern, shell doors & winches, sewage treatment plants & galley food macerators, refrigeration and air conditioning, bow thrusters, stabilizers, galley equipment, CPP hydraulic system, bilge system, stern tube sealing and steering system.• Manage daily operation of the engine room & technical team. Supervise work is carried out safely, correctly and on time. This includes all HSE management. • Operating preventive maintenance system. Inventory of all the ships mechanical parts. 90M Super Yacht• As third engineer on board a 90M Super Yacht, directly reporting to the Chief Engineer. I was responsible for the operation of 690V diesel electric plant. Consisting of 8 X MWM/Deutz TBD 616 V16 generators supplying power to two ABB Azipods motors with DP capability.• Operation system: Kongsberg with the ability to operate in U.M.S.• Operating and improving the Preventive Maintenance System inc all electrical & mechanical parts inventory. The system was linked to the main Kongsberg system and was updated constantly.

We managed the contractors and worked with DNV giving the ship owner (our client) a full turn-key service. • This work included pipework installation (fresh water, grey, black etc...), fire alarm systems cabling and detector heads, all electric cabling, lighting, ventilation/AC systems and ducting.

The engines propelled 4 x KaMeWa 112 SII water jets through 4 x Reintjes VLJ 6831 gear boxes. The KaMeWa jets pumped a total of 60m3 of sea water a second giving it a service speed of 40knts. • Overseeing the vessels planned maintenance and purchasing system (AMOS-Windows), along with breakdown repair.• Responsibility for instruction and training of staff in areas such as Engine room procedures and Fire party / Emergency response team. -
