• Develop new programming opportunities to increase service capacity for both males and females; including development of budget, programming curriculums, and supply needs.• Ensure culturally sensitive program design through existing services, outside referral, or development of new services.• Conduct and participate in all adult behavioral health services pre-hire applicant referrals, collection and review of required documentation prior to scheduling for interview; first and second interviews appointments; and final selection of new hires.• Review each employee’s job performance on a yearly basis (or more often if necessary) with the input of the Clinical Director regarding employee advancement and retention.• Supervise and direct all residential and outpatient staff in daily implementation of behavioral health services, including coordination of services between clinical, medical, and psychiatric service providers in accordance with EHI policies and procedures.• Responsibilities include overseeing effective training to all staff to increase system fidelity to the principles; appraising training and coaching needs; providing non-clinical training and coaching on the use of culturally sensitive strengths-based skills.• Participate in health plan audits, licensing surveys, Fire Marshall inspections, and other department examinations, initiating corrective action as needed• Participate in all required outpatient program meetings to include but not limited to, Health Plan provider meetings, agency management meetings, EHI staff meetings, and Quality Assurance committee meetings.• Assist and make recommendations to the Quality Assurance Committee regarding staff incidents, program design, curriculum development and treatment; and specialized program implementation.
