CWLH Mooring inspection and repair;Mid 2015 Started preperation for the 5 yearly internal inspection of the RTM engaged as a subcontractor by Vertech.In Early 2016 Singapore Dry docking Jumper hose change out.In field leak testing and repair on the mooring following flow line replacement .~August 2016 Completed the second full internal inspection of the mooring as the technical focal point developing SWMS based on previous learnings I had from the 2011 scope and followed the scope offshore in a supervisory role. Late 2016 assist with the replacement of the main lifting wire for the mooring.2018 offshore implementation phase of repair work to recover significant wastage from J-tubes with in the mooring. 2019 Onshore preparation and offshore implementation to make entry into a sealed for life foam filled space involving the design and fabrication of custom tooling, cutting and making permanent ventilation ports and access points to enable corrosion mapping and repair of wasted sections. A significant piece of work for the asset owner, completed on time with out incident.H2 2020 Onshore preparation followed by offshore supervision of the 5 year Internal inspection of the mooring 2021 completed two repair campaigns in the Mooring and completion of the 5 year inspection scope including designing and fabricating protective covers for tidal opeings to allow internal inspection of tidal space. Repair scope focused on Weld repairs in various locations.Late 2021 Onshore preparation and offshore implementation of main lift wire replacement.2022 Onshore Preparation and offshore implementation to support corrosion mapping of J-tubes and I-tubes. Designed and built custom tooling to take atmospheric samples from a seal for life space in preparation for foam core sampling. Design and development of foam core sampling tooling.2023 Fianlaise and workshop test foam core tooling. Onshore preparation and offshore implementation of repair and inspection scope.
