Currently, a Program Manager at Georgetown University who provides direct support to the Dean of Graduate Liberal Studies. Being a part of a small office while working with other departments and the University as a whole, requires unusual solutions. The need to adapt quickly is imperative because of continual new federal guidelines and the implementation of University wide technology changes. Therefore, continuous process changes and improvements that are needed within the degree program effecting the office and students are reoccurring events. In this role, responsibility for providing general oversight and acting in an advisory role for subsidiary academic programs. Additionally, maintain and develop internal program data/reports and external communications between staff and students ensuring that the processes are running smoothly and effectively. Some highlights include:• Conversion of Alumni legacy database to current software that provides expanded tools and reduced time for query/reports.• Research and analysis of 40 years of program data for Middle States Accreditation that provided historical trends for the program and general profile of target student.• Growth of audit program from 30 to 150+ students by incorporating new documentation/procedures which transformed the program from a small informal group to a large consistent program.
