I am a member of The Law Society's Personal Injury Accreditation Scheme.I have worked for over thirty years for law firms undertaking contentious litigation. The vast majority of my caseload for the last twenty years or so has been acting for injured people. I have specialised in clinical negligence and personal injury since 2004. Specialties: Civil litigation, especially personal injury, medical negligence and industrial disease claims.I am a member of the highly regarded clinical negligence and personal injury department at Thomson Snell & Passmore. The 2014 edition of Chambers ranked the team in the top tier for clinical negligence and personal injury in the south and the Legal 500 list the department as top-tier recommendations in the south east. I find the work I do both challenging and rewarding. It is very satisfying to conclude a claim for a client who has suffered, or been affected by someone else’s injury. I deal with all range of injuries from dental claims to brain injuries.
