Since that first project, Jon has grown to be the best developer that I personally know, having the skills and resourcefulness to execute any project or task we give him. When we started our maritime start-up Claritecs, Jon was given the position of lead dev, where he led and built up our development team, and was in charge of planning the system architecture and making high level technical decisions for all of our applications, all while leading the Suzerin team as well. He has reached a stage where all of our developers look up to him and approach him when they need help and guidance. Jon also has a lot of humility, and is one of the nicest people that I know. He gets along well with the entire team, and has made strong impressions on our clients as well. In fact, many of our clients like CNN will specifically request that I put Jon on their projects.
