Main Tasks and Responsibilities:• With the Director of HSEQ develop an overall Natural Power ESG strategy. • Manage the process of carbon reporting and lead and advise the NP business in delivering against SBTi objectives and targets. • Drive environmental sustainability initiatives into our business units, delivering real benefits to Natural Power, the environment and the local communities that we operate within. • Develop tools and techniques that support the environmental sustainability agenda, such as quantification of economic and environmental risks and opportunities. • Provide specialist advice on environmental and sustainability issues as required. • Lead on the design, development and implementation of sustainability metrics, goals, business plans and reporting tools and work with key stakeholders to embed them in our business units. • Engage with external peers to identify good practice, taking learning from these and adapting and applying to Natural Power circumstances as appropriate. • Represent the company on industry forums such as SafetyOn and G+ and engage with external regulators such as HSE, SEPA, EA etc. • Work collaboratively with the communications team to tell our environmental and sustainability story to external stakeholders and employees.

Responsibilities include;Following up calls to prospective and current customers technical inquiries.Up-selling the benefits of membership and maximizing sales.Providing phone and email support to all customers ensuring maximum retention rates.Carrying out engaging and informative assessments and investigations.Managing time effectively to ensure maximum benefit to the membership.Creating informative and well-presented written reports for businesses.Providing exceptional customer service to all current and potential clients.Working within the technical team, to help criteria development as well as the development of members’ technical information.Planning, arranging and carrying out site visits.Contributing to the ongoing development of the Green Tourism program and membership benefits.Undertaking development projects as directed by the Management Team.

Responsibilities included;Diagnosing and repairing faults to electrical, hydraulic, mechanical and structural systems and carrying out routine servicing to a wide range of vehicles, plant and equipment. Creating, implementing and managing a safety inspection system and ensuring that equipment is installed correctly and safely and maintained to manufactures standards. Ensuring hazardous and waste materials are handled, stored and disposed of in accordance to current legislation.Leading the business in computer guided diagnostic and fault finding techniques including live data analysis.Reviewing business practices and identifying areas for improvement e.g. implementing new technologies to modernise business practices.Identifying and exploiting new business opportunities e.g. diversifying client base.Reviewing and negotiating prices from suppliers and costing jobs competitively for clients. Cultivating relationships with business owners, decision makers and private individuals. Liaising with fleet clients to ensure all servicing and MOTs are scheduled in advance and any unplanned maintenance is completed promptly.
