The functional activities include:• Currently Team lead with installation of Dell 9020 computers and technical support for the State of RI(DOH). Providing daily status reports on the team’s progress, issues and resolution to issues. Managing the preparation and delivery of new Dell 9020 computers to users.• Assisted Team lead with installation of Dell 9020 computers and technical support for the State of RI(DOT, BHDDH, DOC, DOA).• Served as direct technical assistant to Technical Systems Manager (TSM) with Office 365 migration. Assigned to move Novell Groupwise email Archive data from the local C drive to a centralized location for 350 Win7 and WIN XP users using GWArchive tool. • Providing assistance using Ghost to image hard drives. The position required knowledge with Tenable Nessus compliance scanning experience, as well as some background in File Management & Access service requests. I received minimal supervision and I was very competent to work on the information security activities on my own, and I required only general direction for the balance of the activities. I provided technical support to clients, management and staff in risk assessments and implementation of appropriate data security procedures and products. I assisted senior staff in the evaluation, development, implementation and operational aspects of security standards, procedures and guidelines for multiple platforms and diverse systems environments (e.g., firm-wide, distributed, client server systems, and e-applications). Member of the testing team that efficiently performed an internal scan using Webtrends Enterprise version 3.5a system analyzer software on the customer’s Marines Force Reserves (MFR), Reserve Network (RNET) based in New Orleans.. Prepared the briefing given by the Program Manager that discussed the internal scan results with the customer’s (MFR) key personnel and provided technical support during the briefing. Led the data reduction team that reduced all collected data from the internal scans of the MFR RNET system to provide data in report format for the analysis team and Program Manager. Led the team that performed the data analysis, which was utilized in final report provided to Program Manager and MFR Management. Acted as interim Program Manager for the project to represent FDC with MFR management. • Provided technical support to Marines Force Reserves (MFR) in the development of the Trusted Facility Manual (TFM) and information technology questionnaire.• Acted as Project Manager for several ongoing IV&V efforts of Department of Justice (DOJ) components. Developed cost proposal and technical proposal. Insured customer defined requirements for Certification and Accreditation of sensitive but unclassified (SBU) packages and delivery schedules were met for the Information Management and Security Staff (IMSS). Provided tracking of costing and level of effort for tasking to ensure on time delivery to the DOJ customer. Provided technical support to Program Manager during technical briefings and weekly status meetings with the DOJ components and IMSS.

Effectively planned two large-scale tactical events the Joint Warfare Interoperability Demonstration (JWID 97) and Rapid Response (RR97) that required sustained coordination and communications between contractors, Naval field activities, Senior Naval Officers of the U.S. Navy fleet (The USS Atlanta and USS Stennis), NATO personnel at the NAVSOUTH facility Naples, Italy, and personnel in Rota, Spain. Provided on- site hardware and software as well as "real-time" problem resolution support to shipboard users. Supervised the five contractors that were working on successful large-scale tactical events. Successfully certified and installed Hewlett Packard hardware and software aboard surface and submarine platforms and U.S. Naval and NATO shore site facilities.Provided project management support in formulating near-term, project test and evaluation efforts related to Anti Submarine Warfare (ASW), and managed execution of (ASW) near-term project efforts. Identified T&E functions and tasks to be initiated and performed or managed; formulated budgets and task for the near-term project and T&E efforts including government and laboratories, as well as industry; and provided management evaluation of near-term projects and T&E efforts. Acted as the Point of Contact for all of the National Environment Policy Act concerns and/or issues within the department. Acted as Program Manager for issues and concerns related to the Navy Standard Desktop Computer Program.
