As the Assistant Director of Facilities, I oversee an annual budget of 14 million dollars dedicated to long term facilities maintenance. Working with our project team, I help direct what projects will take place each summer, along with maintaining a 10 year master plan. I oversee a team of two project managers and handle 15-25 projects annually of all various sizes. Responsibilities for maintaining the budget and making sure the budget is tracked and reported to our CFO. Handle the district wide furniture standards by working closely with our 15 buildings when purchasing new school furniture. Maintain the district interior finishes master plan and assure our standards are put into every project. Work as the lead Project Manager for district projects, leading projects from start to finish.

 Assist Superintendent in general administrative operations of the Superintendent’s office Responsible for all Board of Education meetings (document preparation, postings, minutes, agenda)  Maintain Board of Education website information, District policies, staff directories and distributes accordingly to the appropriate staff Develop and maintain Superintendent and Board of Education budget Work with various departments under the direction of the Superintendent to implement new procedures within the district Receive all inbound communications to the Superintendent and direct as needed Supervise and oversee front desk operations and staff Manage School District Election operations Assist the Communications department as assigned

 Managed the purchasing process throughout the School District to ensure purchases were made within the State Statutes and District guidelines Created RFP’s and Bid Documents for large purchases Managed District Purchasing Cards and completed all required processing from front to back (ex: issuing new P-cards, reconciliation, late statements and closing accounts) Contract manager for all District wide contracts Controlled District owned assets and inventory  Completed Annual Cell Phone Reimbursement contact and processing for the District Maintained Travel guidelines and oversaw travel purchasing process for the District  Responsible for large annual renewal of services throughout 13 locations within the District; snow removal, lawn care, copiers, copy paper, etc. Assisted with locating new vendors

 Plan and Execute procurement of finished goods and raw materials from global vendors and supplies to ensure production and fulfillment goals are met Work with sales on product forecasting for high dollar items Analyze historical trend data to ensure proper planning and forecasting Review vendor pricing, negotiate and modify cost structures Coordination of cycle counts with warehouse manager Manage and maintain vendor relationships Manage warehouse manager and warehouse staff Work with production scheduler to make sure all products required for upcoming jobs are acquired and onsite in a timely manner. Demand planning for both distribution and product inventory SKU’s Review current products and work to find new Vendors to achieve equal product durability at a cost savings for the company. Work with R&D department to find, create and test new products Manage Inventory for over 2,000 parts
