Labor work includes filling freezer with over 200 cases of beer and settingup hookah refills.* Overnight position requiring me to work 10-12 hour shifts (6pm-6am).* Use of excellent memory and people skills to attract more customers andremember family names and “usual” orders.* On a nightly basis, beer buckets and hookahs are served and freezers areconstantly refilled.* Extra labor is done on weekdays to help maintain appearance of bar beforeweekend overnight shifts. Cashiering while serving customers from 6-12 andserving beers/hookahs from 12-6.
