• Manage the relocation process for transferees acting as a single point of contact for the transferee and all vendors/service providers.• Assist transferees with all departure and destination needs including: HBO (Home Buyout), BVO (Buyer Value Option), household goods, temporary living, expense management, home finding, mortgage assistance, rental assistance, spousal assistance, and others. • Provide in-depth explanation of client policy and benefits to transferees, and delivers counseling throughout the relocation process on how transferees can best utilize relocation policy services. • Facilitate real estate appraisal/buyout process by obtaining and reviewing title, inspection, and appraisal reports. Counsel transferees on marketing strategy, contract negotiations, and repair issues. Work with title partners, agents, and transferees to close homes in a timely manner and minimize client costs.• Review and approve final HUD closing figures to ensure a successful closing, monitor collection of referral fee revenue from real estate brokers, and audit closed files per Client Policy.

* Track & support new accounts from the time that an application is received through their activation until they are actively submitting files.* Identify areas where process and support can be enhanced. Focus on application process, new client on-boarding, new client training, etc.* Gather and evaluate market intelligence from the competition.* Coordinate with ops management and production support to develop and maintain production collateral for the sales force.* Work with Production Support to develop new marketing material and website enhancements. * Work with Training Department to develop needed Training Tools/Job Aids.

• Participate and assist with the development and management of implementation plans for clients.• Participate and assist with facilitating follow up calls/meetings to ensure timely implementation and proper execution of client/partner requirements.• Prepare and ensure accuracy of Corporate Client/Third Party Reporting including annual, monthly, quarterly and semi-annual reviews.• Implement and manage internal processes and procedures specific to client needs.• Review Activity Reports on an ongoing basis and provide appropriate feedback to sales and operations teams.• Review and respond to customer surveys. Provide background information and resolution strategy to management team. Document resolution with customer and inform management team of the outcome.• Serve as the on-site resource for all new Client implementations, policy review and updates.• Serve as point of escalation for home loan issues.• Take ownership of special projects.• Identify service failure trends and provide recommendations to appropriate parties to refine processes and eliminate future issues.
