• Designed mechanical components using SOLIDWORKS and to house PCBs, batteries, and high temperature components to UL device standards.• Tested and designed oil cartridge vaporizer pods by iterating on ceramic atomizer designs resulting in a 30% reduction in leakage frequency while maintaining high oil dosages per puff.• Collaborated with electrical engineering to provide in-house assembly for PCB development.• Performed statistical analysis with SAS JMP to analyze data collected from prototypes to improve the performance and reliability between multiple devices as well as determine assembly line throughput and validation of an assembly line changes.
