In my role as a Cybersecurity Engineer, I have the privilege of engaging in the detailed analysis of security alerts, exploring emerging vulnerabilities, and identifying systems at risk for our organization and clients. This position allows me to contribute to the enhancement of our security posture and the strengthening of our defenses against cyber threats. My commitment to excellence, attention to detail, and dedication to meeting objectives are core to my approach, while my background in the hospitality industry has provided me with the soft skills necessary to anticipate and meet client needs thoughtfully and effectively.My career path has been one of learning and growth, starting from a foundational role in helpdesk support with just an A+ certification. From there, I was fortunate to expand my responsibilities, taking on roles such as an onsite technician and backup support specialist. My interest in cybersecurity prompted me to pursue a new security position within our company—a chance to contribute to its development from the ground up. It was my passion for the field and commitment to professional growth that helped me secure this role, for which I am truly grateful.Looking forward, I am committed to further developing my skills and broadening my expertise in cybersecurity. I am currently pursuing my Security+ certification, with a keen interest in learning from the vast experiences of my senior colleagues.
