- Planned and successfully managed 3 flow trials to test new injection parameters that increase network capacity for our natural gas Transmission Network 1- Engaged industry leaders on gas market policies and technical regulations to liberise the gas market in our natural gas Transmission Network 1 and operationalising new injection source at SLNG Pipeline 1- Reviewed and co-led gas network projects (i.e. power plant gas connection, pipeline renewals) and gas network operation (i.e. change of injection control, curtailment plan) through network simulation studies- Drafted industry consultation papers to seek industry feedbacks on gas market policy, technical regulation and code amendments- Led external agency engagement for any gas system planning consultation by providing technical direction for any interface with our gas infrastructure

- Site lead for the following club development projects and managed the building facilities for all 7 SAFRA Clubs:(1) SAFRA Yishun building A&A project ($6.6m) consist of demolition and construction of new floor level slab, Porte Cochere and driveway, upgrading of addressable Fire Alarm System and VRV system, new lift shaft and passenger lift(2) SAFRA Tampines lift installation ($100k) consist of new floor landing, lift shaft and conduct accessability study(3) Temporary dormitory fire protection system installation ($300k) at NSRCC Kranji- Controlled and ascertained project variation cost to ensure project completes within budget- Spearheaded in setting up minimum baseline maintenance standard for all soft and hard services to guide future term contract specifications

- Managed the operations and maintenance (O&M) of E&M services such as: Environmental Control System (ECS), Fire Protection System (FPS), Lift and Escalator (L&E), Plumbing and Sanitary (P&S) and Tunnel Ventilation System- Experienced in design review, work instruction review, testing and commissioning, incident investigation and tender preparation- Co-led in the Factory Acceptance Test (FAT) of the Thomson-East Coast Line (TEL) Stage 1&2 Tunnel Ventilation System in Zhejiang, China and liaised with Chinese counterparts to ensure equipment are to meet LTA’s requirements- Pioneered in preparing the maintenance, training and inventory management tender specifications for Kim Chuan Depot Extension, Circle Line 6, North-East Line Extension installation of Mechanical Services and North South East West Line replacement of Mechanical Services- Trained as internal auditor for ISO 9001, 14001 and 55001
