Initiating the process of returning defected material back to contractor by issuing RMA letters and modifications to add the Free Issue Line.Issuing modifications to show contractor’s acceptance to pay consideration costs for depot to relabeling and re-package the defected material. Resolving contractor payment disputes caused from receipt issues, quality issues, and invoice issues.Extensive Knowledge with WAWF and iRAPT.Training new employees on EBS, Eprocurement, and Records management.Assisting and providing help to team members with their workload.

Post Award workload averaging approximately 1200 contracts.Complete weekly and monthly reports identifying LTM goals met; work received, processed, and completed modifications and amount of contract de-obligation.Continuously exceeds LTM’s performance metrics by 60%.Work independently on complex contracts for First Article Testing (FAT), which require special clauses, superior requirements from Technical and Contracting Officers, and perform bilateral modifications.Request status and follow up on expedites of critical items needed and delinquent contracts to reduce backorder lines. Resolve contract delinquencies for stock and customer direct orders based on Contracting Officer and DLA policy.
