Operating and maintaining agricultural equipment to a high standard. Ensuring safety practices as conducted to accordingly. Keeping up to date records of parts projects. Organization of workers and training in roles.

For my first season, I trained as an Equipment Operator and a mechanic. I learned mechanics at an advanced level and was quickly trained on the job. In my second season, I took on a leadership role, to train the new employees on repairs, driving skills and upkeep of equipment. Halfway throughout the season, I was assigned the route planner role in which I tested out the routes before moving days and reported back any construction or obstructions to Management.
