I am the Division Chief of the Antitrust Division of the Washington State Attorney General's Office. My practice focuses on Antitrust and Trade Regulation matters. I investigate and litigate anticompetitive conduct and mergers in a broad array of industries, including the high-tech, healthcare, pharmaceutical, and transportation industries. I have represented the State in federal court at both the trial and appellate level.
