I am a Senior Executive Recruiter for Amazon's Global Speciality Recruitment team. I help Amazon recruit its most senior technologists (Principal, Senior Principal and Distinguished Engineers & Scientists) for exciting projects across APJC, EMEA, NAMER and LATAM locations.I work with all of Amazon's businesses globally, including AWS (cloud services), Advertising, Stores, Supply Chain & Operations, Generative AI / ML, Devices, Gaming, Media & Entertainment, Robotics and People Experience & Technology (HR Tech).I was previously an Associate Director with Drax Executive, a executive search firm placing board level individuals in private equity owned businesses. In addition to recruitment, I was also focused on data-led insights and candidate evaluation.In my own time I enjoy spectating most sports, especially football (coys), formula 1, rugby and athletics. I am an avid runner and compete in middle distance track and cross country for Harrow AC. I also enjoy reading about history, current affairs (especially US politics) and sports science/psychology.
