Operations leadership has been my passion since beginning in the restaurant industry. Learning front-line operations and leadership in restaurants facilitated my moves through specialty grocery, big-box operations, and retail consulting. As a leader, I always have my sleeves rolled up, with the intention of teaching and demonstrating how to start with the customer experience and work backwards through every step of the operations in order to find the areas of opportunity.In consulting, my focus is to observe what the company actually does, use company resources to understand what they are supposed to do, and then use data and industry experience to help the company meet and exceed their goals.
