Coordinate lab packs and waste pick ups with customers and clean pack chemist teams. Duties include site visits, assisting in pricing, coordinating pickups, assisting chemists onsite, acquiring POs, confirming EPA IDs and helping the site stay in compliance with the EPA.In-house duties include supply order & management, scheduling maintenance and repairs to keep commercial trucks safe and in compliance with DOT. Management duties include onboarding new hires, employee reviews, enforcing disciplinary corrections and assisting other drivers in departments with cab registrations and other documents.Additional duties include organizing and supervising Hazardous Household Waste collection events in Texas and Oklahoma. This includes putting together a team, gathering supplies and PPE, organizing and loading trucks, booking hotels, anticipating waste streams based on previous events and being the primary point of contact for the customer as well as the public.

Operated a class B commercial truck to travel, package and transport hazardous material/waste from customer sites. Training includes DOT, EPA and RCRA regulation, as well as OSHA hazwoper 40-hour. Typical weeks ranged from 50-60 hours with occasional over night stays. Much of my time was spent either solo or training new chemists while providing excellent and professional service to customers. My primary contribution to the customers was not only removing their expired chemicals but also to bridge the knowledge gap between health and safety practices of the local contact and DOT/EPA regulations related to removing the waste.
