As a member of the leadership team at PFG, I supervise approximately 50 employees on the overnight shift. I perform quality checks, ensuring that our trucks are loaded efficiently and in a timely manner. I provide coaching and training to new and tenured employees, making sure they have the skills and resources needed to excel at PFG. I also serve on the team that certifies employees on heavy equipment. Other duties include reviewing and making adjustments to payroll, interviewing, and counseling employees as needed.
