When looking back on my career path, it is quite clear that mine is anything but traditional. After dropping out of SFSU, I decided to pursue cosmetology. I attended SFIEC and graduated in one year. After school, I apprenticed for 2 years at Joseph Cozza Salon under some of the greatest hair artists San Francisco has to offer. There, I learned the backbone of luxury service and retail while assisting senior stylists with hair and makeup. Once I was done with my apprenticeship, I moved to Los Angeles to further my career, but dreams quickly died as a pandemic ravaged the world. I decided to go back to school and finished my GE's at LACC. There, I received a double associate's degree in psychology and business management. To keep the momentum going, I transferred to CSULA and received my B.S. in Business Management with honors, Magna Cum Laude.
