As a professional educator who's taught for fifteen years in seven countries, I have worked with students of various abilities, backgrounds and ages. I have taught many different subjects, though I specialize in Language Arts and ESL. While I am primarily a Middle Years educator, I have K-12 certification and am also experienced teaching elementary, high school and adults. In addition to my Middle Years Bachelor of Education, I have a TESL Diploma and a Bachelor of Arts in which I majored in English Literature. Throughout my education and experience I have acquired a versatile skill set which allows me to teach effectively in a variety of educational environments. Currently, I am teaching middle school Humanities at Surabaya Intercultural School. Overall, I am an enthusiastic and caring teacher committed to facilitating student-centered learning and an inclusive classroom environment.
