Ensure the safety and satisfaction of guests on pedaling tours on a historical railroad while maintaining a high level of professionalism in customer service throughout a guest's experience. Answer questions and provide information regarding tours and the local area including sites and attractions.

In the three years as a member of the process team I grew into the Process Specialist role where I managed the workflows and resource capacity of the marketing departments in Rhode Island, Australia, Canada, and the United Kingdom using a project management system called Workfront. I contributed to the strategic marketing plans by developing and analyzing reports to show the ROI and our KPIs for all marketing materials across four distribution channels which included direct to consumer, agent, agent retail, and group. I ensured the productivity of a team of over 60 individuals, and strove to develop and implement new and more efficient processes. Aside from my day-to-day role I was also a Peru Ambassador where I represented the company in the vetting, research, and communication with non-profit organizations throughout Peru on behalf of the Collette Foundation.
