Passion has always driven my career.Early in my life, racing classic sailing yachts was the exclusive focus of my passion. I worked and sailed aboard some of the most exquisite yachts for many years. Over this time I learned some key truths. Building a great team takes constant attention to the team dynamics. The Owners (Clients) happiness is the foundation of everything. In the early 2000's I had an idea to build a jobs board for the Super-yacht industry. This was my first introduction to software product management. Now some 19 years later project managing custom software is my passion.
