I am an accomplished professional with a strong background in IT infrastructure and project management. As the Manager of IBM Power Server Solutions at Blair, I lead a team of dedicated specialists in the installation, configuration, and migration of IBM Power Servers and associated equipment, including SAN Storage and Backup Devices. My role is multifaceted, encompassing strategic leadership, technical expertise, customer relations, and financial performance.

My primary roles are to provide technical support and hardware design support for the System I platform to multiple HP clients. Additionally I provide expert support to the IBM i accounts and teams, with respect to hardware, network, migrations, upgrades, troubleshooting, and solution design, and project management. I spent 2 years as iSeries Delivery Lead for Mark Work Warehouse. In this role I was responsible for the operation of the IBM System I (AS/400) platform and support the various team’s interactions with the servers.

I provided extensive system architecture knowledge, project management skills, and technical expertise to new and existing projects. In addition I provided day to day customer support to GE businesses globally, Level 2 and Level 3 staff. While at GE I successfully implemented Tape Encryption in two data separate and also successfully pioneered the effort to dramatically reduce the number of pages and incidents for the iSeries Platform.
