Assist the Assistant Chief Pilot-Technical and Technical Librarian in the preparation and distribution of company documents.Audit the Flight Information Database.Trip planning for the adhoc maintenance ferry flights.Contact for any ATC related issues with flight plans.Administrate the Electronic Flight Bag program. Maintenance of flight planning systems ( Navtech for day of flight paperwork and AISR for repetitive flight plan filing with ATC)Assistance of Operations Control in Dispatcher role when necessary.
