I am the proud Owner and Managing Director of Frame Group Limited, Aotearaoa New Zealand’s engineering consultancy specialists in the outdoor recreation and forestry sectors. Since purchasing Frame Group in 2021, I have been committed to upholding the specialisation and strong values that are at the core of Frame Group’s very strong reputation and 37 years of successful operation. However, my commitment to the business goes beyond preserving Frame Group’s legacy, and I have invested significantly in the capacity and capabilities of the business to meet the evolving needs of our clients into the future.Prior to my purchase of Frame Group, I enjoyed a successful career in banking, including three decades of senior management level experience. My career commenced in Institutional Banking where I helped pioneer a number of new services in the New Zealand market, before moving to senior Corporate Development and Strategy roles. I then led Westpac New Zealand ‘s payments team and served for many years as a Director on the Board of the industry-owned entity Payments New Zealand Limited. I also spent many years leading large-scale regulatory compliance driven transformation programmes, including significant industry body and regulator interaction.The extensive experience gained from these many and varied roles in all aspects of management - including people leadership, strategy, finance, service innovation, business transformation, client engagement, industry engagement, and compliance - has provided me with invaluable skillsets for my new journey of business ownership.Beyond the realm of banking and business, my passions lie in the pursuit of purposeful and quality design, together with the preservation of Aotearoa New Zealand's breathtaking natural environment. I reside on a 70-acre property in Northland, adorned with stunning QE11 National Trust covenanted bush. The protection and conservation of this land hold a special place in my heart.While my professional background in banking has played an instrumental role in my success, I believe it is the fusion of my diverse interests that truly sets me apart.
