Support ViON’s operations department with multiple tasks and projects.My original project was to analyze, organize and rethink the process of how to maintain ViON’s GSA Schedule (the price book for government purchases). The schedule was in disarray but has now been brought to heel under my guidance. The monthly man-hours to maintain the schedule have been reduced from 100 hours per month to 6.Other Projects and Tasks:• Migration of data between ERP systems. • Analysis of 90k parts to correct the GL account to which they will flow.• Processing of vendor price books.• Maintenance of Parts.

Support of CRM and FSCM PeopleSoft Software. Provided PeopleSoft Financial and CRM support. My duties and accomplishments included:• Served as the liaison between the Finance/Accounting groups and the IT department• Maintained the company org chart using OrgPlus software • Resolved helpdesk tickets for PeopleSoft problems• Provided SEC and MOR financial and statistical reports using nVision, SQL, Crystal Reports, and PeopleSoft Query• Database Administrator for SQL ServerQuadramed outsourced their IT functions to Drivestream in 2004. Drivestream retained only a few (2 out of 5) of Quadramed’s IT professionals and I was selected because of my Financial Systems expertise and exemplary professional skills.
