• Heading up the Business Solutions Division encompassed the strategy as well as the general management of the business. The strategy whilst aligned with Tokyo Corporate policies was also autonomous in its product.

• Development and management of all routes to market in the UK and Europe.
• Management of Product roadmap and successful dissemination to appropriate partners
• Management of service delivery including all outsource arrangements, overseeing arrangements for all of our 31,000 end points including overseas help desk managing 10,000 calls per month.
• Working with UK board and Tokyo management in establishing and achieving business objectives and targets, and providing detailed monthly management reports including sales forecast, cash flow and inventory/purchases.
