Responsible for operations and product development for LogOX LLC, a Vermont based forestry specialty tool company. LogOX holds patents for the 3-in-1 Forestry MultiTool, the WoodOX Sling and the Hearth Bin Firewood Rack. All products are manufactured in collaboration with US based manufacturing partners and are marketed globally. Our trademarks include American Tools for Woodsmen and Harvest to Hearth, which reflects our vision for growing the company.

My responsibilities included the oversight of the 5 manufacturing facilities in North America, which includes the main Schenectady site, that manufactures resins, varnishes and mica-based insulation,the New Haven Site, manufacturing ballistic materials for suppliers to the US Government; the Georgia site (Austral Von Roll) specializing in rectangular wire for the motor repair market; the New Jersey site (Von Roll Dolph) specializing in resins for low voltage applications and the Cleveland site, specializing in materials for the cable, furnace, lifting magnets and transportation markets.

My responsibilities included Product line and site management for the Schenectady site. Acted as technical and operational adviser to Von Roll Brazil, which operates mica mining operations, mica paper manufacturing and mica based products used primarily as high voltage insulation for motors and generators. Expanded markets for Brazil products into the NAFTA region, by focusing on products unique to their manufacturing capabilities.
