Jon Rowland serves clients on land development and public works projects throughout Southern California.Mr. Rowland's strength is his ability to successfully communicate and effectively collaborate with a wide array of clients and project types while injecting a professional level of fun and personality into each job. Over his 20 years of experience in the industry, he has managed a remarkable breadth of projects for a diverse set of clients. Some of these clients include NAVFAC, the City of San Diego, Caltrans, multiple Community College districts, California Department of Corrections & Rehabilitation and Architects all over the San Diego area.His strong verbal and writing skills are frequently on display, whether he is running meetings, writing proposals, assembling reports or simply explaining to a client why a specific course of action is the best way to proceed.Mr. Rowland’s dedication to Civil Engineering has deep roots in service and education. He is on the Board of Directors for ASCE San Diego Chapter and teaches Project Managment courses across the country. As a past-president of a Toastmasters chapter, Mr. Rowland mentors young engineers in their public speaking and presentation skills. An active volunteer with both Feeding America and the Ronald McDonald House, he demonstrates by example the importance of serving the community.
