As an Executive Board member I am involved in the overall organizational planning, and decision making of the organization. Responsible in overseeing that the association remains financially solvent by evaluating key contracts, approving budgets, and reviewing financial reports. The Education Committee co-chair duties involve the education of members and public officials regarding issues of importance to the industry. This is accomplished by planning, producing and executing educational sessions and workshops.

Managed the overall construction process for the assigned T-Mobile L600/MIMO/L1900 project sites. Ensured that service providers and vendors/suppliers met all technical specifications with respect to customer specifications, and that the workmanship quality of the installations done by the service providers were within the contract standards and customer expectations. Responsibilities included the following:- Managed the timely progress of construction schedule, which included reporting on job progress and the daily update of database trackers.- Traveled to job sites as required to support GC. Scheduled and perform pre-inspection, in-process or final quality audit inspection.- Reviewed and approved proposal requests/change requests on behalf of the carrier's interests.- Reviewed and approved COP documentation before submittal to carrier.

Responsible for the planning, execution and monitoring of the day to day operations of construction for Ericsson AT&T (3C-7C FirstNet) /T-Mobile (L600/MIMO/L1900) projects. Responsibilities included:- Oversaw projects to assure that forecasted project milestones were achieved on time and under budget. Improved site build times by an average of 38.9% per site.- Created bids, quotes, WA’s, CR’s and financial estimates for customer submission.- Tracked the project/site financial budgets to promote profitability. Generated an average profit margin of 13.96% per site after overhead.- Ordered material/equipment and managed logistics of delivery. Negotiated and decreased vendors/suppliers pricing by 6.75%.- Performed project job walk/scoping of sites. Generated forecast of personnel, equipment, and material.- Responsible for the on boarding and removal of employees.- Managed warehouse, logistics and personnel. Successfully constructed, and implemented a warehouse inventory tracking system that helped save an average of 3.5 labor hours per site.- Picked up build permits, performed QA walk, prepared COP documents and closed build permits.

PROJECT MANAGER/CONSTRUCTION MANAGER| 04/2018 – 11/2018Managed multiple concurrent wireless projects that included Ericsson AT&T LTE Small Cell (AWS/PCS) /Ericsson Verizon LTE Ground Base (700/850 site mod) /Ericsson Verizon Small Cell 5G /Crown Castle Verizon LTE Small Cell (700/AWS/PCS). Responsibilities included:- Managed day to day operations related to assigned project(s), while maintaining superior client relations.- Oversaw project financials, including customer billing. Generated an 18.69% average profit margin per site after overhead.- Oversaw the collection, review and approval of COP before submission to client.- Managed the scheduling of field crews/ technicians. Decreased build times by 14.8%.INTEGRATION MANAGER| Developed and incorporated an Integration program that provided a turnkey service for the customer. Responsible for the implementation, scheduling and coordination of all phases of projects associated with integration and commissioning services for Ericsson AT&T LTE projects (3C-7C FirstNet). Tasked with the responsibility of achieving project goals in accordance with quality standards, and within the established timeline and budget. Some of the responsibilities included, but were not limited to:- Provided oversight and support during Integration. Optimized workflow decreasing Integration time by 9.5%.- Responsible for the education and training of all new in-house Integration Technicians.
