JD Customs U.S.A, LLC (JDC) was founded in 2011 by two college students looking to make some money on the side. We began by doing routine maintenance and minor customization for local customers and started expanding to online product sales in 2014. After obtaining relationships with suppliers and manufacturers we began manufacturing our brand "JDC" in late 2015. Since then we've introduced multiple parts to the JDM market and we continue to introduce new parts as frequently as possible.

Was directly in charge of quality department including Incoming, Manufacturing, Production, and Outgoing QC. I lead the continuous improvement program on all current and future products, and directly manage an average of 15 employees daily to ensure fulfillment of demand up to 1000 ranges daily.Responsible for leading weekly quality and improvement meetings, and I compile all quality associated weekly and monthly reports for president and plant manager.Analysis of customer service calls and create solutions to quality related issues.I have experience working with Six Sigma, TQM, Kaizen, and DMAIC Models to lower costs, and decrease defects.I also lead the Cleanliness Audit Team to ensure a safe and clean working environment.

I was in charge of roughly 30 employees. My job was to make sure each employee was doing their job correctly and in the most efficient way possible. I was also in charge of setting up their work schedules and making sure they could be there.

I setup the audio and vidual equipment, and managed the recording and audio for services at the church. I was in charge of recording services and making dvds for customers. I was also in charge of monitoring the soundboard for the band and speaker.
