I am incredibly passionate about changing organizational culture and creating a sense of accountability and ownership within individuals. I believe one of the best questions we can ask ourselves is, "What part of that situation can I own?" I believe that servant leadership will empower a team to the highest level and create a culture that pursues excellence. My background is in physical therapy which allowed me to take my personal passion on health and develop skills in communication and behavior change to help shape my leadership style of today.God has blessed me with an amazing wife and 2 incredible boys. I owe everything to their love and support.My hobbies include weightlifting and recreational sports. I have a particular passion for addressing the epidemic of inactivity in my community to improve population health in, what I hope, is an expanding circle of influence.
