Focused on providing talent coaching and management to include: physical fitness training and conditioning, tactical weapons and movement training, readiness & reaction drills, combat skills training, and nutrition coaching.

Responsible for obtaining qualified leads through internal and external marketing efforts, setting member appointments, and enrolling new members by using proven presentation tools. Generate revenue by exhibiting strong and effective business development/sales skills, and providing excellent customer service to potential, new and existing members. Facility operations including staffing, scheduling, and inventory management. Responsible for training of training staff on fitness consultations, personal training and group training techniques and application.

My work at Infinity Fitness AZ has allowed me to gain experience in training people of all ages, abilities, and fitness levels. I am tasked with conducting daily 60-minute adult session for ages 18 and above. Classes include a variety of exercise modalities to incorporate strength, mobility, speed, and agility, which is purposed to improve functional movement. In addition, this position has afforded me the ability to work with groups of young athletes, ages 9-18, in sports specific training sessions. These training sessions begin with orientation and initial assessments, and progress into 6-10-week exercise programs. My main responsibilities are to program and administer workout modalities, while adhering to NSCA and ACSM sports programming guidelines. As a sports performance coach, I implement, conduct, and progress individual and team trainings for a wide variety of youth sports.

Responsible for developing, implementing, assessing and refining quarterly Marketing and Advertising strategy. Developed a zone based Advertising strategy utilizing social media outlets, as well as print media, resulting in a 15% client base increase. Quarterly analysis of marketing data to determine effectiveness of Advertising strategy.

As a manager at the Sun Devil Fitness Complex, I was responsible for supervising facility staff, event preparation, patron relations, and staff development. During my time as facility manager, I was responsible for engaging with people of different backgrounds to solve various issues amongst both patrons and employees. As facility manager, I was also responsible for maintaining a safe work environment where patrons could come and exercise in a healthy clean setting. I was also responsible for the set up and break down of events, such as a 200-person STEM career fair and multiple 50-plus person fitness events.

I began this position as a Team Leader, responsible for the supervision, training, and professional development of three Infantry soldiers. This Team Leader position required maintenance, tactical deployment, and accountability for over $1million in military equipment. In 2012, I was promoted to acting Squad Leader, in charge of 9-14 soldiers, ahead of two other NCO’s. During this time, my squad accomplished Best Team and Best Squad in Company training and live fire exercises, over two annual iterations. This opportunity also allowed me to attend, and complete, the US Army NCO Warrior Leader Course in June 2011.
