Audit addressed contamination issues including soil, sediment, and groundwater contamination, as well as asbestos-containing materials at properties in 10 states.-Supported the City of New York with Post-Superstorm Sandy housing inspection, cost estimation for repair/resiliency, and environmental review for residential applications for US Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) funding. -Performed soil and groundwater investigations/remediation activities for NJDOT and NJTransit properties, such as right-of-ways, bus garages, rail yards, and maintenance shops.-Inspected and assessed properties via Phase I Environmental Site Assessments per ASTM Standards.

Used a Trimble GPS device to map out possible host species of trees that may be susceptible to the invasive Asian long-horned beetle and emerald ash borer in the Garden's 50 acre old-growth forest. Also created maps with the data gathered through ArcGIS.
