I have been very much involved in achieving various Sales Targets/Customer Service Scores, Loss prevention targets and inventory control, New Hire Training, Recruitment, Product knowledge and Sales Trainings which in turn leads to the meeting and exceeding Multi Million Dollars sales goals and customer service scores. During my time with Princess Cruises and Next PLC, I have also had the opportunity to be part of the teams, which retro fit the vessels, I found this extremely rewarding.I am hard working, loyal and committed individual. I believe that during my working career I have proven that I am able to work within team environments and by personal motivation. Working in high profile and time sensitive situations has been part of my working career in my previous employments while keeping a warm, friendly, approachable and warm personality, which has shown through the teams I have worked with, and whilst in my management career has proven Informed, happy, motivated and driven staff members. I have travelled extensively with my previous employers, where I have also worked with and managed many nationalities.
