Lead teams based in UK, CZ, UAE, India & APAC with functional responsibility for portfolio management, capital projects and integrated facilities management (IFM). Results include £110m annual save, £95m cash from sales and reduction of 370 sites. EMEA portfolio transformed with ~20% reduction in developed market & doubling of emerging market footprint supporting business rationalisation & growth.Global responsibility for establishing and implementation of new workplace programme from 2015-2020 to deliver more innovative, user-centric & productive workplace experience. Key global projects include new 7,000 employee campus in Bangalore, India & 1,800 employee regional HQ in Shanghai.

Joined a recently established global property team in a new position as EMEA Real Estate Manager with a mandate to establish working relationships with key internal clients and external suppliers.Initial responsibility principally focussed on an EMEA real estate portfolio of 2.5m sf with annual P&L cost c. £75m. Functional remit extended to cover facilities management & security.

Part of cross-functional Real Estate & Site Services team with responsibility for EMEA real estate portfolio. Geographic remit extended to include Asia. Major acquisition & disposal programmes across the international portfolio which averaged c. 1m sf during a period of aggressive business expansion and then restructuring.

Development Manager running a team responsible for a mixed use development programme with a value of £100m comprising: two office schemes of 225k sf designed by Norman Foster & Partners; 40k sf flexible high-tech space R&D laboratories (BIAS industrial building of year 1997); 30 acre industrial park with first phase 125k sf; and redevelopment of industrial land for retail warehousing park.
