Actively oversaw the management and accountability of 15 accounts containing 10,718 items worth a total of $242 million by conducting quarterly inventories, leading quarterly training for over 50 property account holders, and resolving all property record discrepancies; resulted in 99.9% accuracy during the FY23 audit.Developed the 2023 and 2024 budget by pairing historical data with operational and logistical inputs. Using the recorded fiscal spending data, a 23% annual budget increase was achieved. This allowed the Battalion to conduct additional training exercises throughout the year that were previously cut, providing vital experience that 800 Marines otherwise would not have.Successfully closed out the FY22 budget by reducing the overall expenses of the unit from $2.1 million down to $1.4 million. This saved the Battalion over $700,000 by identifying alternate procurement methods.Oversaw the receiving and timely issuing of 272,183 requisitions through the warehouse.Plan and manage bi-weekly training of 18 Supply Marines. Through these sessions, all 18 Marines met their annual and fiscal year training requirements.Manage 18 Marines throughout 4 different sections – Fiscal, Property Management, Supply Chain Management, and Warehouse. Ensured all funds were legally and responsibly spent and tracked appropriately; oversaw and assisted the Marines with authorized material transfers, storage of records in the appropriate locations, and research and resolution of all property record discrepancies; verified the tracking of all incoming and outgoing shipments, confirming all items were delivered within the required timelines.

Sketched, 3D modeled, and built the transport system for the T-50 ergonomic model using a mill, lathe, and woodworking tools; model was used for the duration of the job to test areas of the cockpit before final installation.Created eye tracking camera mounts for the F-16 cockpit using CAD and additive manufacturing. This prototype was installed on ergonomic models for further testing.Designed custom workstations using CAD for a mobile trailer to control vehicles. Meetings with vendors verified the feasibility of production and the workstations were produced and used as intended.Reverse engineered an electronic component and redesigned its case to better fit its purpose by deconstructing the product, taking measurements, and modeling in CAD. The product was modified to conform to the new purpose and additive manufacturing was used to produce the final product for the customer. After the success of the initial test, this product was manufactured on a larger scale.
