OR International develops and manages specialty hospitals. It was the founding shareholder in the British company UK Specialist Hospitals which build and operated 5 specialty hospitals in England. UKSH was graded number one in the UK for the quality of its joint replacements and consistently earned 100% patient satisfaction ratings. UKSH was sold in 2013. OR International now is developing a network of re-enablement and rehabilitation facilities in the UK .ORI developed and managed a 200 bed tertiary hospital in Botswana staffed with doctors from the US, Europe and Africa.
