From the start at Legends, I have approached each responsibility with two goals; Member satisfaction and quality customer service. Over the years as I moved up in my role, I developed strong interpersonal skills with our new and current members. My job is to handle all member service questions and requests. On a normal day, I spend time learning new aspects of how to make our club better while also taking care of member needs before they arrive. My goal is to present a member or guest with everything they need before they know they need it.

Starting as a Project Manger in 2017, I quickly assumed a dual role of selling and managing our construction projects and materials. Since I did not have any construction experience entering this field, it was imperative that I learn my position and responsibility quickly while also maintaining my ability to adapt to our client’s individual needs. On a daily basis, I manage people in all different aspects of the building process. I spend my mornings meeting with superintendents figuring out how the project can be achieved quicker at a lower cost and higher quality. I’ve organized myself in a way that my late mornings and early afternoons are spent with my employees focusing on project needs and issues. Some days I have breakfast with potential clients to explain to them the benefits of our building system and why it would fit their housing expectations. After the site has been vacated for the day, I log daily reports to keep track of company time, money, and material. Under my leadership we have consistently met or beat our goals with very high production and satisfied customers. Because our projects are always completed on time, we are able to sign new customer’s and grow our revenue year over year
