• Implemented significant change in business strategic direction and gained Board approval by March 2005.
• Restructured company into a medical device company with critical hires in key management positions. Repositioned company to have a global focus with emphasis on USA market. Commenced export to USA and Europe.
• Exceeded revised budget forecasts in first quarter of operations in fiscal 2005.

• Appointed MD and CEO September 13th 2003. – ASX listed company. Responsible for implementation of Board approved strategic plan to commercialise SensiDx system. Achieved plan during tenure.

• Refinanced company raising $22 million through sophisticated investor placement
• Personally managed relationship with Dow Corning and Genencor who were significant shareholders and collaborators.
