Even though my role is cashier, I am also tasked with managing tasks such as:1: Analyzing customer feedback ( I have to look at the chart given by HQ and improve areas where we were lacking in)2: Counting and ordering stocks ( I made sure stocks were always enough and helped the store order)3: Keeping track of the other workers ( I kept track of the performance of my colleagues and ensure that they were doing their work)4: Fixing any machine/equipment problems. ( I use my knowledge in engineering to troubleshoot the problem and fix it if possible)5: Handling troublesome customers. ( I am skilled in trying to calm customer down and communicate with them)

Under Keppel, I have learned many skills such as:1: Welding (I have tried and learnt welding for weeks when I was there.)2: Data analyzing ( I have to gather data by going on the rig itself and question the workers, from there I gather the data and figure out if there was any unproductive time lost and make a solution from it)3: Communication (I have also represented the company to show some projects that I have worked on for future potential Japanese partners.) 4: Safety briefing (I have done data analysis for work measurement of the workers in the rig. Every morning I am expected to brief the workers about their safety and the job work goal for the day.)
